Our beer garden – restaurant – pizzeria celebrates the genuine live-style of the “Oltradige”-region: here we use to relax in the garden, with a good glass of wine or one of the special draft-beers made by HOFBRÄU TRAUNSTEIN. Real Bavarian brewing tradition that we want to combine to traditional South-Tyrolean dishes like “Knödel” or “Schlutzkrapfen”.
All the ingredients are accurately selected with local partners. And of course, all the pasta, the knödel and most of the other dishes are homemade by our chef Andi.
